Custom Order Process

Custom Printed  Orders: When purchasing a custom printed order from Invitations by Ruth, please provide the desired custom color(s) and/or all the necessary custom text on the contact page after checkout. Upon receipt of payment and information, Invitations by Ruth will create a digital proof and send it by email within 24 hours. Invitations by Ruth will make up to 2 revisions to the proof for changes. If the customer and Invitation by Ruth cannot reach an agreement on the proof design, Invitations by Ruth will refund the purchase price. Invitations by Ruth won’t begin work printing the order until the customer agrees to print the proof. At this time, no more changes or refunds may be made to the order. Please allow 7-10 days for the printing of your custom order and an additional 2-3 days for standard shipping of your order.

Digital Files: When purchasing a custom digital file from Invitations by Ruth, please provide the desired custom color(s) and/or all the necessary custom text on the contact page after checkout. Upon receipt of payment and information, Invitations by Ruth will provide a proof within 24 hours by email. Invitations by Ruth will make up to 2 revisions to the proof for changes. If the customer and Invitation by Ruth cannot reach an agreement on the proof design, Invitations by Ruth will refund the purchase price. After the buyer agrees to the proof, Invitations by Ruth will email a high quality jpeg or provide instructions on how to download the high quality jpeg within 24 hours. At this time, no more changes or refunds may be made to the order. Invitations by Ruth will also provide a print release that will expire 30 days after the date of the event listed on your invitation or 30 days after the date of purchase for cards that don’t contain an event date
