Return Policy

Pre-Printed Items: If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you must contact Invitations by Ruth within 7 days of receiving your order. Further, all items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be in new condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the like new condition product(s), Invitations by Ruth will refund your purchase price, less any shipping & handling charges.

Custom Printed Orders: All sales on custom printed orders are final and no refunds will be given except as outlined in the custom order process. See here for details.

Digital Files: All sales on digital files are final and no refunds will be given except as outlined in the custom order process. See here for details.
