When will my order ship?
Custom items take 7-10 days to print and usually 2-3 days for shipping. Pre-Printed items take 1 business day to process and usually 2-3 days for shipping.

Can I see a preview before printing my order?
Yes. With all custom orders you will be emailed a proof to approve prior to sending your order to print.

Is your checkout process secure?
Yes. Our website is secured by GeoTrust. You can verify our enrollment at the bottom left of the screen. When it comes time to enter your credit or debit card details, you are taken to the PayPal website to securely provide that information.

I’ve never heard of you…are you legit?
Yes! Although we are small and don’t have a huge marketing budget, we’ve printed 1000′s of invites for many satisfied customers. You can read some of our feedback at Etsy.

Where do your card designs originate?
Ruth personally has created every item in the shop. Some of the ideas are design requests from other customers, some are from paintings she’s done for other mediums, but most are original work intended to be placed in the shop. Every day she’s is her studio working through new ideas. You won’t find her card and invitation work available anywhere else!

Are you products ECO friendly?
To prevent waste we only print the amount of invites ordered. We use a paper that is chlorine free and a printer that uses digital technology rather than inks.

Do you have a rush option?
Unfortunately we don’t have one at this time. If you need your cards sooner than our standard time, please send a message through the contact form to let us know how many cards you need and when you need them. If we feel we can provide your order to you in time, we will provide you a quote over email.

The other option is the digital file. We will provide you with a high quality jpg you can take to your favorite printer or even print them at home. Please see digital file info.
